No not brand new.I took them off a 07 stinky that I wouldn't have bought if it wasn't near new.I can't say how many rides forsure but they appear in really good shape

hey I would think if your shock has enough threads for proper sag,because a ti spring has less coils it probably wouldn't become spring bound. Use a vise to check how small the spring collapses.
